In 1974, this special record was sold in Italian newspapers kiosks to promote a music encyclopedia published by Fratelli Fabbri. The B-side featured Yellow River, and the record came in a sleeve featuring the cover of the encyclopaedia.

Back in 1970/71, the Occidental Oil Company, in conjunction with CBS Records, gave away free flexi-records containing the latest CBS hits to motorists who filled up at its French fuel stations.
